Returns policy
Manor Wild hopes every customer loves their jewellery. If for any reason a purchase is not quite right, the following returns policy applies.
Returns
Bracelets, necklaces and other non-earring jewellery may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unworn and in its original condition.
It is returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or arrive damaged.
If earrings arrive broken or develop a manufacturing fault, customers should contact Manor Wild within 14 days of delivery, providing their order number and photographs of the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their purchase. Manor Wild recommends using a tracked postal service, as responsibility cannot be accepted for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged, faulty or incorrect, customers should contact Manor Wild as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved promptly.
