Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These terms outline the basis on which Manor Wild Jewellery supplies retailers.
1. Supplier Details
a. These terms apply to the supply of jewellery by Manor Wild Jewellery (“the Supplier”) to the purchasing retailer (“the Retailer”).
2. Wholesale Pricing
a. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) at wholesale rates and are exclusive of VAT (where applicable) and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
b. Prices may occasionally be adjusted; however, confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price agreed at the time of order.
3. Payment Terms
a. All orders are made via the online shop. If you would like to discuss invoice/purchase order options please email.
4. Delivery
a. Delivery costs will be recharged to the Retailer as set on the Manor Wild website at checkout.
b. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery services, unless otherwise agreed.
c. Responsibility for goods transfers to the Retailer once delivery has been completed.
6. Production & Lead Times
a. Some handmade products are made to order and may rely on the delivery of raw materials from manufacturers or suppliers beyond Manor Wild Jewellery’s control.
b. Because of this, retailers should allow over the guideline of 30 days for delivery in some circumstances out of the suppliers control.
c. The Supplier will keep the Retailer informed of expected dispatch times and of any delays that may occur due to raw material suppliers.
7. Returns & Damaged Goods
a. Retailers must inspect goods upon delivery.
b. Any claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 3 days of delivery.
c. Returns after this period may still be accepted at the discretion of the Supplier; however, the Supplier is not responsible for the cost of return delivery.
d. Returns or exchanges must be agreed in advance.
8. Packaging and Displaying Jewellery
a. Jewellery is supplied with Manor Wild Jewellery branded packaging, including boxes, stickers and labels. Retailers are encouraged to maintain this presentation to reflect the brand’s identity.
9. Recommended Retail Pricing
a. The Supplier will provide a recommended retail price (RRP) for each product via the product page. This is a guideline and the retailers remain free to determine their own retail pricing.
10. Product Photography & Social Media
a. Photography of Manor Wild Jewellery is available upon request for use in retailer marketing, online listings, and social media.
b. Where jewellery is shared on Instagram or other social media, retailers are asked to tag or reference the Supplier by including the Instagram handle @manorwildjewellery or the website www.manorwild.co.uk
c. Images must not be altered in a way, including AI, that misrepresents the products.
11. Resale
a. Products supplied are intended for direct retail sale only.
b. Items may not be resold through third-party online marketplaces, discount outlets, or wholesale platforms without prior written agreement from the Supplier.
12. Materials & Hypoallergenic Properties
a. The majority of Manor Wild Jewellery pieces are made from stainless steel and carefully selected materials, with the aim of providing a hypoallergenic range wherever possible. Due to the involvement of manufacturers and suppliers for specific designed items, this may not always be possible.
b. Manor Wild Jewellery uses suppliers that are compliant with EU regulations and ensures that materials are responsibly resourced wherever possible.
c. Individual sensitivities may vary; customers should be made aware of this.
d. Manor Wild Jewellery will identify the key metals used in each piece and this document can be supplied at request. It is the Retailer’s responsibility to communicate this information to their customer if requested.
e. Retailers are advised to ask customers if they require further clarification directly from Manor Wild Jewellery before completing a sale.
f. It is at the discretion of the Retailer to advise an alternative piece or refuse the sale if the customer is concerned about any reactions from jewellery, and to stress that it is the customer’s choice to purchase.
g. Manor Wild Jewellery cannot be held liable for any reactions or sensitivities resulting from the sale or use of the jewellery.
13. Handmade Characteristics
a. Many Manor Wild Jewellery pieces are handcrafted or assembled by hand. Small variations in colour, shell, stone, or finish may occur and are considered part of the character and individuality of each piece.
14. Intellectual Property
a. All designs, branding, imagery, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of Manor Wild Jewellery.
b. These may not be reproduced, copied, or altered without permission.
15. Liability
a. The Supplier’s liability is limited to the wholesale value of the goods supplied.
b. The Supplier cannot be held responsible for loss of profits or indirect losses arising from the resale of the products.
16. Governing Law
a. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17. Agreement
a. By placing an order with Manor Wild Jewellery, the Retailer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined on this page
18. Stockist & Pricing Clauses
a. Stockist area protection: Manor Wild Jewellery reserves the right to manage distribution by area to protect brand identity and exclusivity. Manor Wild Jewellery is not exclusive and reserves the right to supply other retailers locally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. Suggested retail pricing protection: Retailers are encouraged to consider the RRP provided to maintain brand value and consistency.
By agreeing to place an order with Manor Wild Jewellery, the Retailer agrees to these terms and conditions in full unless otherwise agreed.
